Overview
Deremahelp is a mobile application to provide Information & document management for the marine industry. It offers alerts, updates, and information about products related to the marine and recreational vehicle industries. It allows users to access data, product catalogs, and information brochures from multiple brands. Its features include website access, training, pdf storage, customization, and projection tools.
The goal was to create an application to help users of marine industry customers and organizations. Instantaneous response to information requests by e-mailing a catalog or brochure from the phone.
Our approach
We tailored to fit the client’s specific wish list, and we used an agile system to let everyone know where we headed, and when.
The client already had their website developed but wanted to add new features and wanted to make it robust and dynamic. We assigned a dedicated PM from the beginning of the project to make sure that it is supervised by someone knowledgeable and to make sure that team is going on the correct path.
Understanding the Flow
Derema Help is a Native based Information & document management mobile application for the marine industry. As a customer, users can easily access brands and their resources including offline access to documents. To download a document simply tap its icon and it will download. Super admin will manage all the information from the backend admin panel. Each detail should be dynamically changed in real time. Users can view the below information vendor wise using the applications.
Challenges
Having a strong industry background, the client had provided us with designs and a clear idea of how the mobile application should turn out. The challenge was to mark the expectation and replicate it. Also, the backend was designed in such a way that the client is in full authorization of the documents uploaded for different vendors on the website and user experience can even customize it according to their choice.
