As the Business Development Manager – IT Services, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions. You’ll have a strong understanding of the IT services landscape and be passionate about helping businesses leverage technology for growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, particularly in IT services.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized IT service solutions (such as software development, managed services, cloud solutions, digital transformation, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with delivery, technical, and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
